We’ve designed this quick-start program for your school to be as simple and easy as possible. Please forward the information below to your school’s Website Technical Administrator, so that they can then link your school website to our exclusive RGRY “Members Only” site.
2 Simple Steps to link Your School's Custom Registration Page to the RGRY Web site:
Step 1: Select the desired logo below and place the icon at the top of your school web site home page, athletic department home page, or both.

Once you have placed your RGRY icon on your school web site, we ask that you click on that RGRY icon in order to pull up your schools custom registration page - Please fill out the requested information and create your own account. Not only will this give you access to the RGRY site, but it will also give you a better understanding of the registration process so you will be able to answer any questions that your coaches, captains, athletes, parents or booster club officers may have.
PLEASE NOTE: If you were the administrator that purchased the RGRY program - When filling out the requested information, you must use the same email address that you used when purchasing the program.
Step 3 - Communicate
Time to get the word out…

Once you have your link and icon set up on either your Home school page, Athletic Department page or both, you'll find a number of useful resources below for notifying your Coaches, Captains, Athletes, Parents, and Booster Club officers about the RGRY program.
I know from our pilot programs that the RGRY program is only going to work if you as the administrator put some teeth into it on the front end. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you copy and paste the information you will find on the below Memos onto your school letterhead. Use what I have provided in these Memos as a guideline and feel free to add your own language as needed. Get these Memos in the hands of your Coaches, Captains, Athletes, Parents, and Booster Club officers during your pre-season meetings.
What I have also found from our pilot program is that you, as an administrator, need to follow-up with your coaches to make sure they are getting these Memos to their Coaching staff, Captains, Athletes, Parents and Booster Club officers. You and I both know that your coaches will only involve their captains, athletes and parents if they know that you, as the administrator, strongly expect them to fully participate in the RGRY program. Some schools have a pre-season program for Fall, Winter and Spring sports – this would be a great time and place to hand out these Memos and state your participation expectations. FYI – Regardless of whether coaches, captains, athletes or parents are involved in one sport or multiple sports, they only have to register one time during either middle or high school, and they are set as long as the program membership is active at your school. It's that simple!
Once each coach, captain, athlete, parent and booster club officer signs on, which will only take 30 seconds, I immediately begin sending out a series of welcome emails that will begin to engage them in the program.
Step 4 - Continue to Follow Up
Everyone needs to be reminded…

To increase active participation and engagement with coaches, captains, athletes, parents and booster club officers and get the most out of the program, it is important to keep spreading the word and continue to direct everyone towards the RGRY icon on your school web site.
There are a ton of great ways to keep spreading the word about getting involved with the RGRY program - but no matter what you do always make sure you keep directing people back to your school's web site and the RGRY icon so they can sign up:
- Follow up mention at coaches & booster club meetings (strongly encourage them to help you in getting people signed up)
- Posters around the school (get student athletes to design these and place them throughout the school)
- Weekly student announcements (particularly at the start of each season)
- Announce at special school events, assemblies, leadership workshops, etc.
- Announce over public address system at sport events
My bottom line mission is to help make your job easier as an administrator. My mission is to impact your school’s culture and climate, as well as what occurs both on and off the field, in the stands, as well as in and out of season.
As the founder of this cutting edge, one of a kind, program, I want to thank you once again for joining our powerful working collaboration of like-minded professionals from across the country. We are all dedicated to providing on-going, repetitious, practical character ethics messages to Coaches, Captains, Athletes, Parents, and Booster Club officers in an effort to raise the bar for sportsmanship, ethics, and integrity as well as with our future workforce.
Take Care,
